Scope

This policy covers the ToolNest website, image and PDF tools, calculators, guides and contact page. The current release does not require user accounts.

Image and PDF files

Tools read and create files in your browser. File contents are not sent to a ToolNest processing server, written to a database or included in analytics requests. Temporary data remains in tab memory and is released when the page is reloaded or closed.

Analytics

When enabled on a deployment, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, aggregate country, device type and page performance. ToolNest does not set advertising cookies, create individual profiles or use file contents for analytics.

Contact information

The Contact form opens the email application on your device. Its contents do not pass through a ToolNest server. When you send an email, your provider and the receiving mailbox process your name, address and message under their own policies. Do not send sensitive files or information.

On-device storage

ToolNest may remember language or interface preferences in browser storage. File history, calculation inputs and processed results are not saved automatically.

External services and links

The website is delivered through Cloudflare and may link to external documentation. Another website's policy applies when you open it. ToolNest does not control an external party's data practices.
